1) HOW TO ENTER: The Glory Foods/Sensibly Seasoned “Triumphs of Glory” program runs from April 1, 2006 to December 1, 2006. To participate, respondents must write a synopsis of their story—a personal triumph from themselves, their family and friends (500 words or less). Participants must include their personal information including name, address, phone number and e-mail (if applicable).

Entries can be submitted via SensiblySeasoned.com or mailed to: Triumphs of Glory, P.O. Box 29081, Columbus, OH 43229. No responsibility is assumed by Glory Foods and entrants waive all claims of lost, late, illegible, incomplete or damaged entries, which will be void. Glory Foods is also not responsible for any problems with mail delivery or technical malfunction of any computer or network lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from the submission of the entry or participation in this program.

Entries must be received by December 1, 2006. All entries become the property of Glory Foods.

2) AWARD: An all-expense paid cruise for two, including round-trip airfare in the continental U.S. and $1,000 for related expenses will be awarded to one program award recipient. U.S. Federal, state, provincial, local and any other applicable taxes in an eligible jurisdiction in connection with prizes will be paid by Glory Foods. No substitution or transfer of award is permitted. Award is not redeemable for cash.

3) AWARD DRAWING: Five winners will be selected as regional finalists from each of Glory Foods’ seven regions (located in the continental U.S.) by a panel of objective judges.
• Four of the finalists from each region will receive a basket of Sensibly Seasoned products.
• One winner from within each region, however, will receive Sensibly Seasoned products for one year, as well as a place in the final competition.

The most inspirational story from each region will be presented to a panel of celebrity judges who will choose the most triumphant story. The winner will receive:
• An all-expense paid cruise
• The opportunity to have their inspirational story shared in various ways.

If Glory Foods is unable to contact potential winner(s) or if any potential winner fails to respond to the award notification within 14 days of issuance of notification or if any potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected by the same panel of celebrity judges. Allow 2-3 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of the prize by phone or certified mail.

4) ELIGIBILITY: This program is open to respondents 21 years of age or older residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. This program is not open to employees of Glory Foods or its affiliates, licensees, parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or member of the immediate family and household of each. In these rules, “immediate family” means parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside.

By entering, participants without limitation, release and hold harmless Glory Foods, their respective affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with this contest or acceptance of any award. Void where prohibited. Any issues concerning the validity, interpretation of entrants and sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which might find otherwise.
